- Establish and implement human resources activities to effectively communicate and
implement the company's strategic visions.
- Develop HR plans and strategies so that together with other departments achieve the
company's strategic goals.
- Develop a comprehensive recruitment and maintenance strategy to meet the human
resources needs of the strategic goals.
- Develop and implement a system of welfare policies, overall compensation and high
competitiveness and optimize the company's costs.
- Operating the Human Resources Division with important functions such as attracting
talents, developing career, or appointing successors, maintaining and managing competencies,
recruitment system, salary, benefits, etc.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in equivalent positions.
- Deep expertise in human resources, policy development, labor relations, organization planning, Developing recruitment sources (especially recruiting large numbers)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Skills in planning, coordinating and organizing good plan implementation.
- Good command of English
