- Manage a team of telemarketers to achieve the Company’s target of attending couples to each of the Company’s events which are held on a daily basis.
- Create a process workflow for telemarketing, follow-up and qualification of leads.
- Develop call scripts for telemarketer’s use with lead generation and qualification.
- Assist to create team compensation structure and performance metrics.
- Supervise telemarketers in persuading the customers to come to the events held by company.
- Interface closely with the sales and marketing department.
- Use data driven reporting to optimize telesales and telemarketing operations.
- Maintain accurate detailed and applicable contact data in the database.
- Work for increasing the call results to meet the company’s targets as set from time to time.
- Developing, train and manage telemarketers.
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- MUST HAVE At least 3 years’ experience of managing a Call Center with proven records (preferred outbound).
- Ability to manage a team of more than 50 - 80 telemarketers.
- Performance oriented and can work under high pressure.
