- Well present and consult Clients about the Company updated news or necessary information for Clients better awareness about ALMA services and vacation options.
- Implement the best service programs to ensure that Clients have the highest level of satisfaction in their vacation/ holidays.
- Positively coordinate with Sales Department to achieve the best sales performance by maintaining best service to existing client base.
- Functionally and timely provide travel administration services (accommodation/ transportation recommendations and bookings) to Clients.
- Actively investigate and coordinately solve Clients complaints or problems.
- Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondences with Clients.
- Work in an international, dynamic and professional envinroment.

- Salary: 4 million/month + allowance.

- Bachelor Degree, aged from 23 - 28
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
