- Well present and consult Clients about the Company updated news or necessary information for Clients better awareness about ALMA services and vacation options
- Implement the best service programs to ensure that Clients have the highest level of satisfaction in their vacation/ holidays
- Positively coordinate with Sales Department to achieve the best sales performance by maintaining best service to existing client base.
- Functionally and timely provide travel administration services (accommodation/ transportation recommendations and bookings) to Clients
- Actively investigate and co-ordinately solve Clients complaints or problems
- Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondences with Clients.

- Bachelor Degree, aged from 25 - 30
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- At least 3 years of experience in customer care and complaint resolution
- Customer oriented
- Great communication skill

- Can travel sometimes for business purposes.
