Responsibilities & Job Description:
- Managing all activities at the Sales event including:
• Coordinator for the most attentive and professional reception (from 30- guests for each event) including: checkin, guiding clients to meet Customer Staff, managing event lobby, managing clips / videos/ TV program working in line, managing gifts/ vouchers for guests.
• Manage customer data.
• Be the person responsible for coordinating, reporting, handling all matters related to the organization of Sales Event.
• Managing the event coordinators and personnel assigned to support the event.
- Team building: birthdays, outing.
- Organizing events/ programs to attract clients to join the event.
- Making event reports.
- Other jobs as required by the HOD.
- Education: College / University.
- Experience:
• At least 2 years in management experience (lead at least 5+ staff) and event organization.
• Be knowledgeable about sales processes.
• Experience in marketing is an advantage.
- Skills:
• Good English communication.
• Good at coordination management and communication skills.
• Handle problems effectively.
• Be able to work independently and under high pressure.
• Creation, proactively giving ideas to create programs to attract clients to the event.
• Willing to work with flexible times.
