We are looking for Sales Managers (Hanoi based) to join with our organization for our massive Holiday Ownership project . The major responsibilities of this position are:
-To develop and lead the sales team of 7 to 10 sales force to achieve the Sales targets
-Providing strong leadership and motivation to the team members
-Monitoring and supervising the Sales production & activities
-Coordinating with Marketing Department to build high quality potential customer base
-Training sales force as daily task
-Involving in sales process including negotiating, decision making missions
-Practicing Company rules, ethics and personnel management to direct staffs
-Direct report to Director of Sales
This position is open for Hanoi Office.
