- Act as first point contact: dealing with corresspondenc and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Prepare Presentations for Director for meeting/ conferences
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accomodation for business travels.
- Reminding Director of important tasks & deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing and filing Sales policies
- Liasing with staffs and clients on Director ’s behalf
- Translating and interpretation for Director in a professional way
- Investigation and research incidents by Director ’s assignments.
- Manage and facilitate motivation activities/ staff events for Sales under Director assignments.
- Other tasks by assignment of Director
1. Education: Bachelor or higher
2. Experience: experience as Personal Assistant for foreign Senior Executive Officer.
3. Skills:
- Advanced English (Both verbal and written). Experienced in translating and interpretation for business environment.
- Excellent office skills: organization skill, time management, multi tasks.
- Computing proficiency: MS Office, Presentation preparation, Internet tools.
