We are looking for an experienced Partnership Director to join our growing Partnership Division. This role will be responsible for generating & bringing new partners and managing and developing the current partnership cooperation of the company. The partnership director will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with partners, always striving to find the type of cooperation that best fits the company & partner's needs.
Partnership Director reports to the Vice President of Business Development & Telemarketing.
- The primary and utmost responsibility of the position is to bring excellent and suitable partners through
personal contacts and networks to generate qualified data to contribute to the company.
Create and implement a strategy or program to set up relationships with decision makers/influencers or organizations to enlarge the partnership program.
- Build a suitable partnership program to exploit customer data source from Partner with the branding of our product through Marketing channels
- Developing & managing strategic partnerships to grow business as well as building solid relationships with partners
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Researching emerging trends of partnership cooperation and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers' needs.
- Managing team size of 6 managers and developing employees with good results.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; a master's degree is advantageous.

- Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience (over five years)

- On the field manager: always hands-on and manage day-to-day targets closely.
