With the development and expansion of business in the near future. ALMA is looking for potential candidates for the position: Telemarketing HR Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES & OBLIGATIONS:
- In charge of managing and recruiting telemarketing positions at callcenter (mostly) and some other positions (not often).
- Expand and develop mass recruitment sources/channels.
- Managing the Human Resources team including: building KPIs, training and supporting the Team to achieve its goals.
- Analyze and forecast the labor market and build solutions to recruit and attract candidates. Research, analyze & report on the labor market situation, salary level, personnel fluctuations, human resource risks caused by the market or competitors, etc. and propose countermeasures
- Analyze the effectiveness of the recruitment process, prepare and present the recruitment dashboard, recommend and implement changes (if any).
- Monitor & analyze the performance of recruitment agencies and recommend changes and improvements.
- Organize the interview area according to the size of the candidate group.
- Record and prepare weekly and monthly reports for direct manager.
- Random meeting with staff to listen and record to report.
- Create activities inside the callcenter to motivate employees.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Board of Directors.

TO SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION, YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- At least 5 years of working experience in the position of Head of Human Resources / Recruitment (experience in callcenter is an advantage).
- Ability to plan and manage work well, work with high intensity.
- Good communication/negotiation and problem solving skills
- Candidate can use english well at work is an advantage.
- Good at MS office and computing skills
